We must: have more robust communication channels, pool and share resources to avoid duplication and share expertise so we can offer the strongest, most efficient, resilient services as possible.
Our purpose is to increase the capacity within our community organisations so that we stay resilient and strong in times of crisis. We want to continuously improve and grow in an authentic manner, with no tricks, stunts or game-playing.

Like a self-repairing system, those with the greatest knowledge of issues are empowered to investigate, recommend and find solutions. The clarity of the model is critical if all of these efforts are to be coordinated and efficient without repetition of effort.
